Opposing Force
When the straws were drawn I came up short
From the feelings inside I had to abort
But patchwork is done to keep them at bay
Far away from them I must stay
I will never give up I'll never give in
I'll never let them win
I will fight them down to the bitter bitter end
With the lies that they bend
And the battles rage on from the war within
Of an altered state I have always been
But if the time is right I will announce a draw
Only to sit at home and wait for the call
